Brief info
Dr. DeCoria graduated in 2011 from the University of Western States, Portland, Oregon. He has always been interested in sports and health. He graduated from BYU Idaho in 2004 with a Bachelor’s in exercise and sports science. As a child he experienced frequent headaches and relied heavily upon medication to alleviate them. Through chiropractic medicine and education about healthy exercises and living, he has been able to experience life without headaches.
He began his Chiropractic career with Chiropractic Physicians in 2012, and he has continued to practice here today, specifically in our Tacoma location. He is currently learning Spanish. One of Dr. DeCoria’s goals is to listen to his patients and to help them obtain their physical goals and optimal health.
He is married and has three daughters. As a family, they enjoy spending time hiking, fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors. He is very big into sports and being active.
In 2024, he became an affiliate faculty member with the University of Western States (UWS). As an affiliate faculty member, he is involved in the UWS preceptorship program, helping to mentor new graduating chiropractic doctors.
